Three witches
Concept
Three witches tells the story of the weird sisters from Shakespeare’s Macbeth. It follows the story of Past, Present and Future. Each rounded rectangle represents one aspect of time and each light shows the insight that each gives. Beautifully hand crafted from 304 stainless steel, 2 pack painted and then finished with frosted acrylic. This piece will transcend time and remain a beautiful pendant light for years to come. This interaction of Time is an Allegory for how life is beautiful throughout.
Project brief
We were hired to develop a contemporary lighting solution for MIKO. We had the choice of a side stool, hanging or wall light. We deduced that a hanging light would be the best approach.
